Euroaction S.A announces that in collaboration with COMMUNICATIONS RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL NEW TECHNOLOGIES JOINT STOCK it is implementing the project with the acronym “E-Reception” and the title “SOCIAL ROBOTS FOR PROVIDING RECEPTION SERVICES IN HOTELS” in the context of the call for proposals “Investment Innovation Projects” in the Region of Central Macedonia within the Operational Program “Central Macedonia 2014-2020”.

The E-Reception project concerns the development of software for the reception of tourists in hospitality areas as well as their integration into a humanoid robot in order to provide the important services of the reception and hospitality manager, such as the responsibility of communicating with customers from arrival to their departure, handling customer arrival procedures, receiving their details, managing and allocating the room, providing information of tourist interest, as well as safely managing customer departure. E-Reception robots will be available either as products or as a service in hospitality spaces aiming to enhance tourist experiences and increase the competitive advantage of smart tourist destinations.
