Euroaction A.E. prioritizes Information Security and actively provides consulting services and technical support to NPDD & NPID, as well as Program Management & Administration, IT & Communication Project Management, and Geographical Information Systems Project Management & Implementation. The company also develops and implements management systems according to national and international standards in order to:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Protect the interests of the company and its stakeholders, who entrust Euroaction A.E. with their confidential data.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information generated, received, and circulated in the context of security projects.
- Maximize the reliability of the company’s information resources.
To achieve these objectives, Euroaction A.E. has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the following aims:
- Protect the company’s services’ stored file, computing resources, and circulating information from any threat, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental.
- Systematically assess and evaluate the risks related to the assurance of information, with a focus on correct and timely management.
- Archive data, prevent viruses and external intrusions, control access to systems, record all security incidents, and manage unexpected developments.
- Continuously inform management and staff on information security matters and conduct training seminars for staff.
- Fully commit to the faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the SDAP, which complies with the requirements of the ISO 27001:2013 standard.
- Periodically control and evaluate suppliers, with a view to compliance with the company’s policy.
The Information Security Management Officer is responsible for controlling and monitoring the operation of the SDAP and informing all involved personnel about the Information Security Policy. All personnel involved in the activities and procedures related to Information Security have the responsibility to apply the policy and corresponding procedures of the SDAP in their area of work. Furthermore, the management and all employees are committed to achieving the company’s goals and upholding the principles of Information Security.
To maintain the highest standards of information security, which are essential for the company’s continued success, Euroaction A.E. implements a Safety Management System Information in accordance with ELOT EN ISO 27001:2013.
